Submission of Annual Returns - R250.00
An Annual Return is a statutory return in terms of the Companies and Close Corporations Acts and MUST be submitted on a annual basis by all Companies and Close Corporations. Failure to do so will result in the deregistration of the Company or Close Corporation.
-Companies have 30 business days from the date the entity became due to lodge the Annual Return before it is in non-compliance with the Companies Act.
